Delivery information
At Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies, we offer reliable and convenient delivery services across the Sunshine Coast. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process.
Delivery fees
Our delivery fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and value of your order, as well as your delivery address and chosen delivery option. We strive to keep our delivery costs competitive to ensure you get the best value.
Standard delivery
Orders can be delivered to your specified address, including PO Boxes, for added convenience.
Bulk Delivery
Our drivers are happy to deliver to the best possible spot in your yard but our responsibility ends at the kerbside. Delivery vehicles will cross property alignment if required provided the customer will accept all claims which may arise above or below ground.
Delivery times
We work diligently to ensure your products arrive promptly. Typically, delivery takes 1–3 days for metro areas and 2–5 days for regional areas. For special order items, delivery may take 7–14 days.
Delivery notifications
Our delivery service providers will offer options for drop-off locations if you're not home at the time of delivery. If no location is specified and you're not available, they will leave a note with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a designated pickup point.
Australian-only delivery
Currently, we do not offer international delivery services.
Returns policy​
We aim to make our returns process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please review our policy details below:
General returns
We accept returns on most products, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Simply bring the item back to our store with your receipt, and we'll be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Non-returnable items
Please note that we do not accept returns on food items or live animals, such as chickens, due to health and safety regulations.
Bulk Materials
We don't accept returns on bulk material as there is no way to be sure of the amount been returned as well as the possibility of contamination.
Turf Returns
We don't do turf returns. The customer is responsible for the amount you order and purchase.
Change of mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer a refund as long as the product is returned in its original condition and packaging (except if it's a non-refundable product). If the item needs to be posted back, this cost will be at the customers expense.
Order changes
Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes to it. However, you can return items after receiving them, so long as it's in line with our return policy guidelines.
